Where do you deliver?
We are currently sending orders to Singapore and Malaysia. Shipping to other international addresses can be arranged upon request.

How long does it takes for delivery?

We will process and ship out your order within 2 business days once payment is completed.
Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season, etc).
Also due to global covid-19 outbreak, there might be a delays in delivery timing.
Can I choose a specific time and date for delivery?
All deliveries will be done by the courier company, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery.

I missed the delivery, what should I do now?
The courier company will get in touch with you If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery.
Please arrange the delivery with the courier company.
Do you provide self-collection service?
No, we do not provide self-collection service.
The item was damaged during shipment, can you replace it?
We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment. However, we will help on your process for refund claims with the courier in charge. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur. Contact us at and send us the detail descriptions and photos.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. Please ensure that when you receive an item that you take reasonable care of it when trying it /inspecting it eg. please ensure that any security seals or tags are still intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Refund not applicable for following:
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Wrong item received (if applicable)
We apologise if you have received the wrong item by mistake. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 30 days from the day on which you received the item.
Damaged or faulty items (if applicable)
Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you believe that the item is faulty, please send us an email at and we will advise what to do next.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
